Shipping Policy

All products take 7-10 days to process, Day one will start the day after your order is received. Everything is made to order... It's important to sprinkle a little love in each product. Tracking numbers are sent through email after processing.

All packages are shipped through USPS... Business days do not include holidays and weekends.

Please allow an extra business day for processing after holiday or sale, we do not ship on the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays)

Incorrect Shipping:

If a package is returned to Sugar & Glow due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well of redelivery cost. Sugar & Glow will not be responsible. No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Sugar & Glow is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have confirmed delivery to the address on the order. Sugar & Glow will confirm delivery to the address provided, the date of delivery, the tracking information, and the shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

We use standard shipping which usually take from 1-3 business days depending on the  location.
